Duties & Requirements: Maintains a specified area in an orderly and clean manner. Vaccum cleans rugs and draperies. Sweeps, mops, strips, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors using industrial type power equipment. Adjusts and changes buffers, brushes and other attachments on power equipment. Dusts, waxes, and polishes furniture. Dusts ledges and woodwork. Empties ash trays and wastebaskets. Polishes door knobs and other metal fixtures. Cleans glass partitions, inside and outside windows, using step ladders, and extension ladders. Maintains restrooms in clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes lavatories, urinals, and toliet bowls. Cleans mirrors and water fountains. Replaces deodorizers, toliet tissue, hand towels, and soup. Reports water leaks, clogged drains, and other conditions requiring maintenance to supervisor. Maintains supply of cleaning materials and advises supervisor when more supplies are needed, or when equipment needs repair or replacement. Performs seasonal tasks as required; such as, applying ice control material to entrances of buildings, shoveling snow, picking up litter around buildings, mowing grass, and watering lawns around buildings. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must have skill in the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Must be able to clean and make adjustments to powered cleaning equipment. Must be able to perform the full range of cleaning duties. Must be able to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps. Must be physically able to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 50 pounds or more. Must be able to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.

Duties & Requirements: Monitors operations of a club or assigned areas, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash boxes. Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift. Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility, and that club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.

Qualifications: Must have experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, and retail operation. Must also possess experience which provides knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operations such as; receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to other club employees and knowledge of fire, safety, and health regulations. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to work nights and weekends.

Duties & Requirements: Sets up cafeteria lines, steam tables, dining room tables, and side service stands with hot and cold food items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter, and beverages. Serves food cafeteria-style. Breaks down and cleans area when meals are complete. Sets up dining room tables for service, places food and beverages on tables and replenishes items as necessary. Sets up and operates dishwashers, performs preventive maintenance and cleaning. Scrapes, soaks, scours, and scrubs bowls, pots and pans. Also performs heavy duty cleaning tasks such as ceilings, exhaust hoods, under and behind kitchen equipment, washes floors and walls, walk-in refridgerators and freezers, sanitizes garbage cans. May unload food from delivery trucks. Collects and transfers trash from work area to disposal area. Assembles and tosses fresh fruit or green salads in quantity using prepared dressings, serves into standard serving sizes. Makes cold sandwiches using prepared ingredients. Makes coffee, tea and other beverages. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Duties & Requirements: Peforms a full range of simple cooking tasks by preparing and cooking items that require little or no processing such as pancakes, sausage, eggs, hamburgers, and fresh or canned vegetables. Prepares hot cereals, broiled meats; prepares and cooks concentrated or dehydrated soups, sauces, and gravies; makes cold sanwich fillings. Prepares convenience items such as frozen hash browns, fish fillets and chicken nuggets. Some cooks at this level prepare and bake pizza. Prepares food by peeling, chopping, grinding, paring, cutting, slicing, dicing, pureeing, dredging, flouring, or breading; weighs, measures, and assembles ingredients for regular menu items; sets up and replenishes salad bar; portions food for distribution and meal service, and covers, dates and stores leftovers according to established procedures. Makes beds and changes linen. Collects soiled linen and places it at a pick-up point. Receives clean linen and delivers it where directed. Keeps restrooms in clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Sweeps, scrubs and waxes floors. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals and toliet bowls. Cleans mirrors, sinks and water fountains. Dusts ledges and woodwork. Replaces deodorizers, toliet tissue and soap. Notes condition of facilities and reports to supervisor broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains, and other conditions requiring maintenance. Keeps a stock of cleaning materials and equipment needed to do the work. Tells supervisor when more materials are needed or when equipment needs repair or replacement. Duties & Requirements: As directed, secures linen, glassware and silverware, depending on particular menu format (menu, food and beverages). Readies groups of tables for food and beverages, making sure that dishes, glasses and silverware meet cleaniness standards, and that linens are spotless and condiment containers are filled. Following specific instructions and rigid time schedules, secures food from kitchen, and carries beverages from bar and serves customers. Refills food and beverage containers and performs emergency cleanup services. Answers simple questions concerning menu items and food served. Cleans and prepares tables for further use. Peforms other related cleaning duties as time permits including the preparation area, kitchen and dining room. May perform incidental diswashing and other tasks. Runs hand lawnmowers or (domestic type) powered lawnmowers, when this does not require heavy physical effort, (for example, on steep grades); clears small trees and bushes, using handsaw, hatchet, or clipper.
