Outdoor Recreation
Crappie TournamentSaturday, April 19
Dust your fishing poles off and get your tackle box ready for another great Crappie Tournament. Tournament will be held at Lake Altus (aka Lake Lugert), located next to Quartz Mountain Resort.
Competition consists of two individuals per boat/team. The top 3 teams who haul in the most fish (by weight) will win prizes. Cost is $35 per boat/team. Want a chance to win even more money?
enter the 'Biggest Crappie' Contest and you could win a percentage of the pot. It costs just $5 extra (per person) to enter the Biggest Crappie Contest and all the money goes straight to the pot.
Maybe you don't have a boat? Then rent a boat from Outdoor Recreation for the competition and receive $10 off the rental fee. They have a variety of boats, including their popular Bass Buggies (perfect for two people).
But you need to register for the tournament NLT Thursday, April 17.
