  1. Active duty military personnel assigned to Altus AFB and their families have priority for pool use.


  2. Retired military, DOD/NAF civilians assigned to Altus AFB and their families are also eligible to use the pools.


  3. TDY personnel assigned to Altus AFB for less than a 30 day period will be given free swimming privileges. TDY personnel wishing to use this service must present a copy of orders to verify their status.


  4. TDY personnel assigned to Altus AFB for more than 30 days will be afforded swimming privileges on the same basis as permanently assigned personnel, unless they produce a current season pass from their home base along with a verification of order, which will be honored.


  5. Guest must be accompanied by an eligible pool user. They must pay the daily admission fee and sign a guest register.


  6. Children 10 years of age or younger must be under the direct supervision of an individual who is at least 18 years old. Children ages 11 through 13 may be left unattended only if they can demonstrate the ability to swim at least 12 meters (roughly 40 feet), tread water for one minute, and pull themselves from the water without using the pool ladder.


  7. Children over 6 years of age are not authorized use of the wading pool. Children using the wading pool must be directly supervised by an adult at all times.


  8. Children who are non-swimmers, regardless of age, and toilet trained may use the main pool only when accompanied in the water by an adult during their stay in the main pool.


  9. All pool users must possess a valid seasonal or daily wrist band to be worn on the wrist or ankle at all times while inside the swimming facility.


  10. No arm floaties, rafts or other floatation devices unless approved by lifeguard on duty
